It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece and friend, Michelle Margaret Strickland in her 53 years from a lengthy illness at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday February 21, 2018. She passed in the loving arms of her twin sister, while hand in hand with her daughter and surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her brother Rick. Leaving to mourn with fond memories; her mother Marie Strickland, daughter Krista and her father Junior Spry, grandchildren Faith and Parker, siblings; Ken (Brenda) Strickland, Mary (Dan) Lethbridge, Shawn (Bev) Strickland, Dubes, Rod and Marky (Honey) Strickland special nieces, nephews, Lee, Jordan, Matthew, Shaleen, Richard, Ryan, Jessica, Stephanie and Brooke,cousins, aunts, uncles and friends, her devoted dog Lucy. Special thank you to her good friend and caregiver Patricia Noseworthy all staff and nurses at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital of 7 West and ICU and special thanks to Dr. Genge for their care and compassion. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home 84 LeMarchant Rd. on Friday February 23, 2018 and Saturday February 24, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday February 26, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Cremation to Follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Lupus Society or Canadian Cancer Society.
