Holmes, Winifred Marian (nee Glossop) passed away peacefully at Mapleview, Owen Sound on Saturday February 10, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Colin Holmes of Southampton for over 63 years. Dear mother of Eric Holmes of Southampton and Christine Pellow of England, and grandmother of Dwayne (Emma), John (Nicole), Jamie, and Nadena (John). Great grandmother of 6. Survived by her sister Kathleen Neale of England, and all of her extended family. Predeceased by her parents Ted & Nellie, and by her brother Geoffrey. A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Winifred Holmes will be held at the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Friday February 16, 2018 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Grey Bruce.
