Jessie Annabelle Rowe
October 5, 1935 – February 3, 2018
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Jessie A. Rowe, passed away on February 3, 2018 in York Care Center Fredericton, NB. Jessie was born in Kilmure, PEI, the third child of the late Murdock N. McGowan and Lorna E. McGowan (Weatherbie).
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, G. Ronald Rowe; children, Ellen King (George) of Saint-Lazar, QC, C.J. Rowe (Amber Dawn) of Vancouver, BC, and Robert Rowe (Gloria) of Fernie, BC; and grandchildren, Willem King, James Rowe and Austin Rowe.

Jessie leaves us with a legacy of warmth, patience, dedication, kindness and, most of all, humour. In any situation, good times or tough times, she was ready with a witty joke or funny story and always with kind compassion. She uplifted people; she made us laugh and feel loved. May our memories of the time we spent together offer ongoing comfort. Her memory is indeed a blessing, and she will live forever as a warm and whimsical glow in our hearts.
