Passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Monday, January 29, 2018, Doreen Morrissey of Brigus, Aged 72 years.
Predeceased by her parents, William & Geneive (nee Edmunds) Barnes, brother, John. sister, Sharon, brother-in-law, Sidney, sister-in-law, Madeline.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband, Aiden, sons, Rodney (Rosalie), Tracey (Sandra) & Trevor (Kim), brothers, Frank (Margaret), Clarence (Shirley), sisters, Shirley, Vickey (Dave), Florence (George), Mary (Arch), , Brother-in-law, Joe, grandchildren, Joshua, Kelsey, Mckenna & Bradey also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 1 P.M.- 9 P.M.
Funeral to take place on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. from Broughton’s Memorial Chapel, Brigus with inurnment to follow in the R.C. Cemetery, Brigus. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Newfoundland.
