It is with great sadness that the family of the late Linda
Peters announce her sudden passing on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at the
age of 68. Linda was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Cora
Haines, brothers-in-law Charlie Harding, Gary Hampton and her
granddaughter Kerri Wilton. Survived by her loving husband Gerard
Peters, adored by her 5 children: Larry (Michelle), Dwayne (Rosalin),
Calla (Jody), Kerrilynn (Neil), Charlotte (Craig); 11 grandchildren:
Brandon, Christopher, Dwayne, Jason, Josh, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Kalla,
Jacob, Wyatt, Ellie; 5 great-grandchildren Kaleb, Brayden, Cruz,
Oakley, and Liam; brother Glen (Merlyn), sisters: Christine, Ivy
(Claude), Marlane (Ed), and Lori (Wayne); brothers and sisters-in-law:
Ronnie (Shirley), Lorina (John), Edwin (Norma), Gloria (Earl), Reggie
(Jean), Vernon (Irene), Doug (Vera), David (Janet), Norbie (Dot), Roy
(Angela), Marilyn (Jim), Ricky and Johnny (Francine); many nieces and
nephews, extended family and close friends. Resting at
Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on
Sunday, January 21, 2018 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service
will be held at the Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel on Monday,
January 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake
Interdenominational Cemetery. Linda was a strong believer in helping
others, this carries on even in death through organ donation. In lieu
of flowers we asked that you take a moment to strongly consider
becoming an organ donor and the impact it would have on the lives of
