Passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre on Saturday, January 13, 2018 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Bill Ellis. Loving mother of Dean (Cherie) and Mary Miklos. Cherished grandmother of Julie, Robyn, Laura, Jessa, Kat, Django and Jayden and great granddaughter Dania. Predeceased by her parents John and Rose Patterson. She was a devote member of the Brant Belle- a-dears for many years. She will be missed by many family and friends. Friends will be received at BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. At her request cremation has taken place. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Laurel in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
