It is with great sorrow the family announces the sudden passing of Sheila at the age of 84 years.
She leaves to mourn, her soul mate Bill Monkman; her daughter Donna; son Collin (Rhea); 3 grandchildren Gavin (Tammy), Brandy (Justin), Shauna (Don); 9 great-grandchildren who affectionately called her G.G. MA; sisters Winnie, Wilma (Will), Mavis and brother Trevor as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerry in 1977 as well as her eldest son Raymond in 2007.
The family would like to thank the Dr.’s and nurses at the Grey Nuns Emergency Department and a big thank you to Dr. Paul Grewal and staff for many years of compassionate care.
Sheila’s final wishes were to celebrate her life with an open house for family and friend’s which will take place February 4, 2018 from 1:00-5:00 pm at Greenfield Community Hall, 3803-114 Street NW, Edmonton.
