With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our Mother who was a monument of love and strength. Our beloved Mother passed peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 at her residence at the age of 73. Loving mother of Curt (Christina) and Carla (Armand). Dear proud Grandma to Abigail. Special Sister to the late John (the late Eleanor), the late Lloyd (the late Theresa), the late Theresa (the late Adeeb), Dolores (Ron), Louise (Bud), (the late Barry), Sharon (Rod). Predeceased by her parents Anthony and Rose. Mary will be missed by her many loved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to her many loving caregivers at Post Inn Village. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 194 Simcoe St. N., Oshawa on Saturday, October 7th, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with visiting beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby. If so desired, a donation in Mary’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada through McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558).
