Piercey, William John, passed peacefully away at Carbonear Long Term Care Facility,Carbonear NL,William Piercey, formerly of Winterton, aged 88 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories wife Margaret, 5 children Jane (Craig) Norris,Edna(John) Fitzgerald, Margaret Rose(Calvin) Sturge,Helen(Howard) Nielsen and William Piercey. Daughter in law Sharon Piercey.Brothers and sisters Victor(Marjorie), George(Marion),Alice Mae (Ken) Jeans, Phyllis (Eddie)Preston,Linda Critch,Mary Sutton. Predeceased by son Colin Victor Piercey, Grandson Steven, brothers Ernest, Noah(Viola),sisters Blanche Reid,Gladys(John)Eareaut,Lillian (Ernest) Lambert and Ivy(mark) Willis brothers in law Irvin Critch and Melvin Sutton. Also leaving to mourn a large family of grandchildren ,great grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Greens Funeral Home on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 funeral service on Saturday at 2 pm from United Church and Cemetery Winterton.
