7 May 1935 – 29 March 2017 After patiently managing the limitations of failing health Vernon has passed away peacefully at PRHC. He will be mourned by Carol, his wife of 56 years; and his children Clyde, Daniel (Heidi), William (Daphne) and Amanda Moore (Brian); 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and special friends Jim and Irene. Vernon was predeceased by his parents William Page and Amanda King and his brothers Norman, Ross and Tommy. The family wishes to thank Dr. Van Loon, the many specialists, and the caring staff at PRHC. The funeral will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 748 Cumberland Avenue. Interment Old Stone Cemetery, Beaverton. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre. Online condolences may be made at www.comstockkaye.com
