Tourigny, Terry Gerald – With family by his side Terry passed away at the age of 68 years on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at North Bay Regional Health Centre.
Beloved husband of Janice Brown-Tourigny for 34 years and dear father of Lee and Matthew. Survived by his sister Gladys O’Shaughnessy (John) and will be sadly missed by sister-in-law Jo-Ann Evoy (Lynn), brothers-in-law Jim Brown (Wendy) and Jack Brown (Linda), mother-in-law Rose Brown, several nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by mother Hazel Kennefic, father Bernard Tourigny, and father-in-law Ken Brown.
Terry will be remembered for his devotion to family, dedication to his team and all the guests who came to Casey’s for over 32 years, his kindness and wonderful sense of humour. He was a proud supporter of youth and adult sports in North Bay, led countless community trips to cheer on the Buffalo Bills, and helped coach Widdifield Football for several years.
Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, 362 Airport Road on Sunday, Dec. 10 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm followed by a celebration of his life at 1:00 pm. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association in memory of Terry would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
