It is with great sadness that
the family of the late Simeo Pone announce his passing at the Labrador
Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on May 25, 2017 at the age of
48 years. He will be sadly missed by his children, Cory Jack,
Kristine Jack and Ashley Andrew; grandchildren Keegan Jack, Isabella
Andrew, Edwarda Andrew, Nishapet Andrew, Oliver Jack, Leona Jack,
Paulette Noah and Kristina Noah; his brothers, Pein, Tommy, Charlie,
Etian and Ponas; his sisters, Juliana, Nancy and
Edna. He was predeceased by his
parents Mathias and Kituna Pone, his brother, Matthew and sister,
Monica. Friends visited at
Fillatre’s Funeral Home on May 27 from 7-9 and in the family
home on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
Funeral
will be conducted on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 1 pm from Our Lady of the
Snow Roman Catholic Church in Sheshatshiu, Father Ricardo Rossi
officiating.
