Passed peacefully away at his residence on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer, Rodney J. Hill age 51 years. Predeceased by his father John (Bud). Leaving to mourn his wife Denise, daughter Rebecca, mother Vera, 2 brothers Donny and Todd, sister Lisa (Trevor), nephews and nieces Jonathan, Chelsey and Devon, mother and father-in-law John and Frances Spry, also a large circle of other relatives and friends, especially his co-workers at Swiss Chalet, Mount Pearl. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, August 25th, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
