Obituary of Robert Sheppard
SHEPPARD, Robert Douglas “Bob” –
It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Bob, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, December 8, 2017 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Fran Sheppard for over 60 years. Much loved father of Danny (Deena) and the late Andy. Dear brother of Ron (Dini), Jack (Gail) and the late Mervin. Sadly, missed and lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Bob was employed by Calbecks for 29 years starting off as a stock boy, and later achieving the role of Management and Supervisor. Bob was an avid golfer, fisherman and took great pride in his gardens and had a huge passion for photography. Family and friends are welcomed to the McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Rd. N., Brantford on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. A time of remembrance will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
