At Brampton Civic Hospital on Friday, April 21, 2017 of Brampton, formerly of Flesherton at the age of 87. Loving husband of Dorothy. Dear father of Cameron(Patti) of Oliphant and Susan(Tom) Dunlop of Brampton. Loved and remembered by grandchildren Michelle, Denielle, Lucas and Spencer and great-grandchildren Cassidy, Brayden, Joshua, Jake and Annella. Ted will be missed by sisters Marion Robinson, Ilene(Murray) Stephens and sister-in-law Florence(Garnet) Hamilton as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Ida Neil, Allen McCulloch, Eleanor Rear, Lloyd McCulloch, John McCulloch and sister-in-law Hazel Stephens.
Ted spent 32 years working with cattle at United Breeders in Guelph before retiring in 1990. He served many years as a board member of Christ Anglican Church, Markdale. Ted and Dorothy moved to Brampton to enjoy time with their much loved grandchildren, often returning for Masonic meetings at Prince Arthur Lodge #333 in Flesherton. He enjoyed refinishing furniture before his health limited his activities.
Memorial Service to be held from Christ Anglican Church, Markdale on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 1pm. Interment Flesherton Cemetery. Reception and time of fellowship to follow.
