Bud started his professional career as a land surveyor working for the Prairie Land Rehabilitation Administration and Mobile Oil. In the mid-1980s he returned to private business, starting Condor Petroleum and later, Target Resources. In 1995 he and Sallie built a new family home in Buena Vista and retired to Last Mountain Lake. Bud will always be remembered by family and friends for his kind and generous soul, his wit and sense of humor, and most of all, his unconditional love and support of his family.
