REGNIER, Rene – Mr. Rene Regnier at Cornwall Hospice on Tuesday May 2, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of the late Pierrette (née Labelle) Regnier. Loved father of Carm Regnier (Madeline), Andrée, and Roxanne Regnier. Sadly missed by two grandchildren Kevin (Melissa) and Julie O’Shaughnessy (Bryan) and 5 great-grandchildren, Hunter, Jaxon, Savannah, Macy and Isla. Loved son of the late Dosithee and Clementine (née Labelle) Regnier. Predeceased by his brothers Fernand, Leo-Paul, Rodolphe (Rachelle), and Roger, Florian and Azarie (Lucille). Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home – BOULERICE CENTRE 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Church, Cornwall on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow with Rite of Committal at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall. In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Alzheimers Society or Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
