1943-2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late
REGINA
MARY MURPHY (GENNIE) of Parker’s Cove
announces her passing at the Health Sciences Centre in St.
John’s on Tuesday, October
31st, 2017, at the age of
74. She was surrounded by her
loving family. She leaves to mourn with fond
and loving memories her husband of 57 years, Daniel Murphy; children,
Wanda (Ken) of Brookside, Carmel (Brian) of Parker’s Cove,
Daniel (Geraldine) of Marystown, Krista (Darrell) of Halifax;
grandchildren, Chantal (Corey), Travis (Jocelynn), William (Courtney),
Danielle (Adam), Matthew, Jonah, Brooklynn, Kaiden;
great-grandchildren, Xander, Leah, Jared, Ella, Lily, Alexander;
siblings, Annie (Baxter), Carmel, Albert (Helen), Arthur (Alice),
Edward (Linda), Jonas (Marg), Kevin (Mildred); plus a large circle of
extended family and friends.
She was
predeceased by her parents, Ann & Jonas Gaulton; brothers,
Leonard, Brendan, Clem, Vince; sister, Geraldine Gaulton.
The Murphy Family will be accepting visitors at Our
Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Parker’s Cove on
Wednesday, November 1st, beginning at 7:00 p.m.;
Thursday, November 2nd, All Day; Friday, November
3rd, All Day; from where the Mass
of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November
4th, at 2:30 p.m.
Cremation will
follow.
