Ralph Paul William Mundt
July 9, 1939 – March 25, 2017
Passed away peacefully at Pembroke Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the age of 77 years. Ralph Mundt, of Golden Lake, Ontario, loving husband of Marilyn (Turner) Mundt. Dearly loved father of Karl (Wendy) and Laurel. Loved by his cherished grandsons Ashton (Lindsay), Spencer and step-grandson Jason (Tanya). Great grandpa to Riley, Jaxson and Gavin. He is survived by his brother Murney (Lise) and sister-in-law Elaine. Special uncle to Gail, Zachary and Heidi. Ralph was the son of the late Wallace and Minnie (Reckzin) Mundt. He was predeceased by his brothers Stanley & Howard and sister Joan.
Ralph was extremely devoted to his family and to his Church. He was a member of the Volunteer Fire Department for 50 years. He was also well known for his sense of humour.
Visitation is being held at Zohr Funeral Home, Eganville, Ontario on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. and again on Wednesday morning from 9:30-10:30. Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bonnechere on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11a.m. Spring interment at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Bonnechere. In memory of Ralph, donations may be made to the Cancer Society, the Lung Association or St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bonnechere.
