Posliff, Lilias

Lilias Posliff – formerly of Monkton, passed away peacefully at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton on Sunday December 11, 2016 at the age of 102. Lilias and her husband Charles (Parker) operated a hardware store in Monkton for 20 years and later an antique store known as Parker’s Ponderosa.
Beloved wife of the late Charles Posliff who predeceased her in 1991. Loving mother of Marian Harvey (Bob) of Stratford and Jake Posliff (Heather) of Nanaimo, BC. Special grandma of Alandra (Wanda) Anderson (David), Janice Harvey (Bob), Robert Posliff (Hang), Stephen Posliff (Jamie) and great grandma of Mason (Jenelle), Sam, Aidan, Brendan, Jessica, Tim and Tanis. Sister of Robert Adair (Alice) of Mississauga. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents David and Fannie (Rowland) Adair, great grand-daughter Nicole Wagler, sisters Hazel Ellacott (Russell), Betty Adair, brother Leslie Adair (Dorothy) and niece Francis Vanstone.
In keeping with Lilias’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service and interment in Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood will take place in the spring.
