April 23, 1928 – December 17, 2016
Predeceased by his parents C. Frank and Dora Alfreda, siblings Max, Frank, Shirley, Rosemary, Marguerite, and Nancy, nephew Jim (1987), and niece Sandra Taylor (2015). Survived by his loving niece Judith (Steve) Danford. Phil was a retired CPA from Allied Chemical. He had a love of nature, fly fishing, golf, wood working, and his dog Annie. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Red Cross would be appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff at LMDH and CCAC for their care.
