Mr. Paul Kabestra Sr. Bezhigobines (Makwa) With family by his side Paul Kabestra Sr. an Ochiichagwe, Babigo, ining Band member passed away on December 13, 2017 at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital at the age of 76. He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Flora Kabestra. He will remembered by his children Ron Paul Jr., Lorraine, Susan, Debbie, Nadia and numerous other children, his siblings Larry Sr., Florence, Theresa, Margaret and his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews who loved him very much. Paul was born in Kenora, Ontario, where he loved to fish, hunt, trap and guide, he was known as an “unofficial weather man”…
