CLARKE, PATRICK JAMES (JIM) – (July 01, 1952- October 09, 2017) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday, October 09, 2017 in the presence of his family Patrick James (Jim) Clarke. Predeceased by his parents, Kathleen (1960); and Patrick (2000); and special friend, Beverly Mercer (2014). Leaving to mourn his sister, Jo-Ann, brother, Tom (Wendy) and aunt, Margaret along with many cousins and other relatives and friends. At Jim’s request, there will be no visitation. A family service and committal will be held at a later date.
