Passed away peacefully at the Meadows LTC in her 98th year. Survived by daughter Jackie Henderson (Paul), pre-deceased by parents RoseAnna and Eugene Chartier, sisters Berthe, Loretta, Guertie, Adrienne, Jackie, and Rita, and brothers Louie and Simon. Pat was born in Timmins, Ontario, served in the RCAF from 1943-1945, worked at Northern Telephone until she moved to Hamilton in 1963 where she worked until her retirement at the HSR. Thank you to the staff at the Meadows, especially Griffin Walk for your wonderful care and friendship – you were like family. If I should go before the rest of you Break not a flower nor inscribe a stone, Nor when I’m gone speak in a Sunday voice But be the usual selves that I have known.
