ODDY, Cecil Arthur – passed away on February 12th, 2017 at Maple Manor Residence in his 92nd year. He was born in Palmer Rapids, Ontario. Son of the late Arthur & Gertrude Oddy. Survived by sisters Margaret Sills & Fern Lee (Frank) & several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by sisters Sarah Kent (late Norm), Mary Sharpe (late Calvin) Jean Ness (late Irvin) and brothers Kenneth and Vernon Oddy. Funeral Service will be held at Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273) on Thursday February 16th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Rev. Fr. Brad Beale officiating. Interment to follow at Belleville Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
