Larocque, Noella (née Paquette) 1926-2017.
The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, Saturday July 29, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Daughter of the late Horace Paquette and of the late Rose-Alma Joly. Wife of the late Alfred Larocque. Dear mother of Gisèle Larocque-Carrier, Luc (Natalie) both of Verner and of Gaetan (Lynn) of Warren. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 12 grandchildren Serge, David, Jessica, Jasmine, Erik, Renée, Melissa, Ryker, Tiana, Krista, Justin, Bryanna and by her 6 great grandchildren Mason, Rylee, Aria, Dayton, Shilah, and Briar Rose. Noella is also survived by her brothers Gérard, Rosaire and by her sisters Laurette Latourelle, Rachelle, Lucille Blanchard, Francoise Rainville, Doralice Lefebvre, Delina Robillard and Fleur Ange Beaudry. Predeceased by her brothers Raymond, Roland, Aurèle and by her sister Cécile Chrétien. A loving and caring mother, Noella had a special bond with her family that was evident over her 54 years of marriage to Alfred. From working hard on the family farm to raising her children while her husband worked in the mines, her unconditional love made for many unforgettable moments. Many thanks and appreciation to the staff at Au Château for the many years of excellent care. The Larocque family will receive friends at the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, 2 Racette Street, Verner, Wednesday August 2, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Jean Baptiste Church, Verner. Burial will follow in the Verner Cemetery.
