JOHNSTON, Neil S.
January 28, 1928 to April 7, 2017
Peacefully, at his residence on Friday, April 7, 2017, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Ivey Johnston (Findlay). Loving father of Susan McCurdy (Scott) of San Diego, CA, Andrew of Greene, NY, and Melodie Johnston (Tim Moore) of Kemptville, ON. Cherished grandpa of Charlotte and Ian. Will be sadly missed by his sister Peggy Burns (Alex) of London, ON, his brother Brian Johnston (Millie) of Truro, NS and all members of the Findlay Clan. Predeceased by his brothers Keith and Clyde. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa on Thursday April 13, 2017 from 2 pm to 4 pm & 7 pm to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on SATURDAY, April 15, 2017 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
