It is with great sadness that
the family of the late Maxwell McLean announce his passing on February
6, 2017 at the Labrador Health Centre, at the age of 78 years with his
family and friends by his side. He will be sadly missed by his
children; Kevin (Denise), Kenny (Dawne), Ed (Madonna), Germaine
(Steve), Dernall (Renee); 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and
his puppy, Nika. His brothers, Eric (Linda),
Elmer, Ross (Sue); sisters, Lily (Garf) and Marilyn (Don);
brothers-in-law, Hughlett and Jack; sister- in-law, Marie as well as a
large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends. He was predeceased by his wife
of 52 years, Eleanor, his son, Marcell, his parents, Ross and Avis;
brothers, Doug and Lloyd and sisters, Pearl and Leatrice.
Friends may visit
Fillatre’s Funeral Home on Friday,, February 10 at
7pm-9pm. Funeral service will take
place on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2 pm from the United
Church. As expressions of sympathy,
donations may be made to the United Church, Happy Valley in memory of
