The family of Mary Velma Carlos (Fraser) wish to announce her death on January 13, 2017 at the Moncton Hospital. She died peacefully with her loving family at her side. Mary was born in Halifax on November 22nd 1916 to Fred and Flora (MacKay) Fraser. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Camille Carlos, sons, Peter and Roy Carlos, sisters, Ruby (Cole), Flora (MacMillan), Net (Conrad) and brother Ken Fraser.
