Bathurst – Mrs. Mary Hachey, 83, of
Appleby St., Bathurst, passed away on Thursday April 27, 2017, at the
Chaleur Regional Hospital,
Bathurst.
Born in Saint John, she was the
daughter of the late Olive Shephard and adopted daughter to the late
John and Theresa (Boudreau)
Boucher.
She was pre-deceased by her husband,
Gerald Haché in 1985 and is survived by three children:
Wanda Hachey, Shirley Daley (Myles), Wayne (Jeanne) all of
Bathurst.
Thirteen grandchildren, twenty six
great-grandchildren and seventeen
great-great-grandchildren.
One sister, Anne Pettifer of Saint
John. Several nieces and
nephews.
Her good friend Charles
Lagacé of Green
Pointe.
She was pre-deceased by a son, Gilbert
and grandson, Jason.
The family will receive relatives and
friends after 2 p.m. Sunday at Elhatton’s Funeral Home
(www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral service will be
celebrated at 4 p.m. on Monday from the Funeral Home Chapel, St.
George St., Bathurst, Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
and Monday from 3 p.m. from the
Chapel.
