MARION SCOTT – 1938-2017

It is with great sadness that the family of the late
MARION SCOTT of Harbour Mille announces her passing at the Blue Crest
Home in Grand Bank on Sunday, August
13th, 2017, at the age of
79. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are husband Jerry of 59 years; sons, Stewart Sr.
(Phyllis) of Jacques Fontaine, Barry (Gaye) of Little Bay East, Wayne
(Madonna) of Bay L’Argent, and Glen (Peggy) of Torbay; 8
grandchildren, Stewart Jr. (Chrissy), Jeffery (Courtney), Sheldon,
Patricia (Dustin), Matthew, Morgan (Olivia), Joshua, and Daniel; 4
great-grandchildren, Bentley, Ethan, Maria and Scarlett; brother,
Gordon (Alice) Clarke of Grand Bank; special niece, Vicki (George)
Tesniere of Marystown; special nephew, Wade (Audrey) Clarke of Mount
Pearl; special cousin, Mondella (Jim) Hooper of Marystown; plus a
large circle of relatives and friends.
She was
predeceased by her parents, Freeman & Maude Clarke; brother,
Albert Clarke; brother-in-law Bert (Mary) Scott; sisters-in-law,
Winnie (Aaron) Johnston, and Una Wall; and nephew, Allen Scott.
The Scott Family will be accepting visitors at St.
Mary’s Anglican Church in Harbour Mille on Tuesday, August
15th, beginning at 8:30 p.m.; and
Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; from where the Funeral
Service will take place, on Wednesday, August
16th, 2017, at 2:00
p.m.
In Marion’s
memory donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer
Society.
No flowers by request of
the family.
