Marguerite Rose (LeBlanc) Melvin
Marguerite R. (LeBlanc) Melvin, 75, went
peacefully to rest on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at The Moncton
Hospital. Born in Moncton, she was the
daughter of the late Joseph and Stella (Richard)
LeBlanc.
Marguerite was a loving wife, mother,
grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She loved to laugh, playing
cards and her guitar, singing and spending time with her family and
friends.
Marguerite will be sadly missed by her daughters,
Donna Irving (Steve), Kathryn Roy (Dave), Nancy Walker (Paul), Peggy
Leijgraaf (Gerard), Lisa Bishop (Cory) and Chrystal Hebert (Yvon);
sons, Stanley Melvin, Philip Melvin (Shelley), Lorne Melvin and Steven
Melvin; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sisters,
Florida Thebeau (Joseph), Jacqueline Chevarie (David), Yvonne LeBlanc
(Serge) and Regina Duplessis (Emery); brother, Abel LeBlanc, as well
as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she was
predeceased by her husband, Henry Melvin (2000); son, Glen Melvin;
sisters, Anita Daigle, Murielle Roberts and Lillian
Elliott.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657
Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00
to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate and honour Marguerite’s
life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November
27, 2017 at 11:00 am with Rev. Phil Mulligan officiating. Reception in
the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment
will be in Stilesville Cemetery.

of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
