Lorraine Marie Crandall (nee Currie)
1942-2017
In loving memory of Lorraine Marie Crandall, of Goose River,
aged 74 years, who died peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Tuesday,
February 14, 2017. Lorraine was born on November 20, 1942, in Digby,
NS, daughter of the late George and Gertrude (nee Amero) Currie.
Beloved wife of George Crandall, loving mother to Jeff (Sheila)
Crandall and proud grandmother of Leigha and Jake. She was predeceased
by her brother Ronald of Moncton, NB. Lorraine will also be
fondly remembered by her sister Dawna (Bernie) Dael, St. Petersburg,
Fla.; brothers-in-law Gordie (Carol) Crandall, Dave (Ann, deceased)
Tracy; nephews and nieces: Danny, Debbie, Jeremy, Kathleen, Derrin,
Devon, Dustin, Mark, Melanie, Peter, Dan, Jimmy (deceased) and
Scott.
Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre in St. Peters Bay,
for visiting hours on Friday, February 17, 2017, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral to be held on Saturday morning, February 18, 2017, at St.
Peter’s Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at
10:00 a.m. Interment at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association of PEI
or Souris Hospital.
