Lois Kenny passed away peacefully in Calgary, AB on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the age of 90 years. She was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. Lois moved to Alberta in the 1950s, and has since lived in various places in Alberta, including Lethbridge, Crowsnest Pass, Olds and Edmonton. Lois is sadly missed by her daughter Dianne Kenny of Victoria, BC and son Jim Kenny (Lynn Savoie) of Calgary, AB. She was predeceased by her husband Morris in 2003 and sister Frances Robertson of Toronto, in 2001. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation, 10240 Kingsway NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 3V9. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton and the staff at Southwood Hospice in Calgary for their care and support over the past few weeks.
