Bathurst – Mrs. Lillian Jagoe, wife of
the late Glenn Northrup and the late Hubert C. Jagoe, of
Chalmers Court, passed away on Saturday April 15, 2017, at the Chaleur
Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of
88.
Born in Campbellton, she was the
daughter of the late Jacob and Bernice (Keith)
Moores.
Lillian was a member of the United
Church Women and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br.
18 Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst. She worked for several
Accounting Firms in Bathurst until her
retirement.
She is survived by two
daughters: Debbie Garrett (Tim) of Bathurst and Lee Anne
Binnington (Mark) of Pickering, Ont.
Two sons: Rick Northrup of
Fredericton and Andrew Northrup (Dennis Ruddy) of Edmonton,
Alb.
One step-daughter, Maureen Drumheller
(John) of Waynesboro, Virginia,
U.S.
Three grandchildren: Matthew, Luke and
Brittany Anne.
One brother, James Moores (Joanne) of
Halifax, N.S.
One sister, Elizabeth
O’Connell of Stratford, Ont. Several nieces and
nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister,
Geraldine.
The family will receive relatives and
friends on Thursday April 20th from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p.m. at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com),
Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Friday April 21,
2017, at 2 p.m. from the First United Church, St. Patrick St.,
Bathurst.
Donations in memory of Lillian may be
made to the First United Church or a charity of the donors
choice.
