Bathurst – Mrs. Léonie
Pelletier, 96, wife of the late Armand Arseneau and the late Edmond
Pelletier, of Queen St. Bathurst and formerly of Nepisiguit Falls,
passed away Sunday at the Chaleur Regional Hospital,
Bathurst.
Born in Caraquet, she was the daughter of
the late Henri and Julie (Doucet) Lambert.
She is survived by one son, Julien (Rita) of
Nepisiguit Falls. Two daughters: Diane Howe (Wayne) of Grand
Bay-Westfield, NB and Jeannette Stevenson (Wayne) of Saint John, NB.
Seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
One sister, Germaine Hamilton of Big River.
Two brothers: Joseph Lambert (Majella) of Caraquet and
André Lambert of Saint John, NB. Several nieces
and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a great-grandson,
Ian and a brother, Théophile.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Monday at
Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service
will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon May 30, 2017 at 2 p.m. from
the Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst. Visiting
hours are Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to
9.
