Passed peacefully away at home on Saturday, July 29, 2017 with his loving wife by his side, age 86 years. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Ida Dillon; siblings Jack (Joyce) Dillon, Alice (Bob) Whitten, Frank (Dot) Dillon, Harold (Bernice) Dillon and Max (Mary) Dillon; father and mother – in – law Tom and Anne Power; brothers – in – law Richard (Florence) Power and Jim (Joan) Power; son – in – law Brian Lawlor; daughter – in – law Catherine Dillon. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his wife of 63 years Mary; children Jim, Leo, Mary – Anne, Joan (Cyril Rockwood), Madonna, John and Shirley (Hector Lopez); sister Mary Roy; grandchildren Catherine Ann Ford, Joanne Scott, Crystal Clark, Jeffrey Lawlor, Sean Rockwood, Alisha Dillon, Sarah Lawlor, John-Lee Dillon, Candace Dillon, Elizabeth Dillon and Johnathan Lopez; great grandchildren Cassandra, Quinton, Madison, Dillon, Addison, Nevaeh, Billymarie, Johnathan, Lillianna; special friends Jim and Gert Dillon, Francis Quinlan, Rose Tarrant, Jeanette Parsley, Leona Dillon and Vickie Clarke. Leo also leaves behind a large circle of family, friends, nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Father Wayne Dohey. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 12 noon, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass to celebrate Leo’s life will be held from St. Patrick’s Church on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 9: 30 a.m. interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
