SHADFORTH, Leanne Heather
Passed away at Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the age of 35. Predeceased by parents Michael and Sonja Shadforth. Survived by siblings Lisa and Laura. Leanne will be dearly missed by extended family and friends. A Memorial Gathering will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 3-5 p.m. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
