SAMSON, Laurent – Mr. Laurent Joseph Samson suddenly on Friday March 3, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Mariette (née Danis) Samson. Loving father of Paul (Teena), Janine Laperle (Daniel), Colette Bobier (Garth), Laurette Cote (Hal), Rachel Baribeau (Dennis). Special friend of Cécile Latour. Cherished grandfather of Anne-Marie, Chantal, Natalie, Sylvie, Liane, Shawn, Chrissy, Joel, Celine, Maryse, Kevin, Samantha, Michel, Roc, River, and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Marie (née Gauthier) Samson, infant daughter Anne-Marie and siblings Gérald (Helen), Eugene (Almita), Antoine “Albert” (Therese), Alexandre (Berna) , Aurore Sauvé (Daniel) Therese Page (Percy). Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home. Boulerice Centre, 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall, where visitation will be held Saturday from 9-10:30AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Church (620 Glengarry Blvd. Cornwall, ON.) on Saturday, March 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
