LASHER, Thomas “Ned” – Of Belleville, entered into rest at the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on December 20th, 2016 in his 84th year. Son of the late Eldon & Hazel Lasher. Beloved husband of Beverly June Lasher (nee Salisbury). Cherished Father of Donnie Lasher, Steve Lasher, Sandy Baumhour (Terry), Marlene Thompson (Norman) & Jeanette Youmans (Darryl). Predeceased by daughter Sharon and son Richard. Dear step-father of Bonnie Pye (Lorne), Elizabeth Coulson (Alan), Barry Morris (Kathy) and Blair Morris (Sharon). Also lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Dear brother of Dorothy Colton (late husband Art), Mary Driver, Jean Chafe (late husband Hugh), and Lorne Lasher (Pauline). Predeceased by sister Ida May and brothers Stewart, Bill, Keith and Carl. Funeral Service will be held at Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273) on Thursday December 22nd, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation prior from 12 noon until 1:00p.m. Rev. Earl Colton (nephew) & Mary Driver (sister) officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
