Peacefully in Belleville, Ontario with her family by her side on Tuesday morning, February 14, 2017 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Royce Mervin Packard. Loving mother of Marlene (Jim Heickert) of Napanee, Reuben “Jim” (Michele) of Bancroft, Lorraine (Ralph Hughey) of Harcourt, Frank (Janette) of Wilberforce and Deloris Packard of Belleville. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Shona, Troy, Jason, Cassandra, Jesse, Jenny, Douglas, Melissa, Sabrina, Kimberley and by her eighteen great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughters Catherine and Elizabeth “Betsy,” her brothers Russell, Gary, Wallace, Eldon, and by her sister Isabelle. Also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209 on Saturday morning, February 18, 2017 from 11 o’clock until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12 o’clock. Interment later Maple Lake United Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Wilberforce Full Gospel Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
