Obituary for Josephine Bielecki
Josephine Veronica Bielecki was born on the Hoffman family farm on November 20, 1941, to Charles and Mary Hoffman, the second of six children. Josie took most of her schooling at the old St. Walburg School. She married the love of her life, John Bielecki, on November 3, 1960, and together they raised six children, Joanne, Ken, Ted, Roy, Brian and Merle. She worked at the Paradise Hill Hospital as a housekeeper and cook for 23 years. Josie loved gardening, sewing, cooking, music and nature.
She is predeceased by: her parents, Mary and Charles Hoffman; and her son, Ted Bielecki.
Josie is survived by: her loving husband of 56 years, John; her children, Joanne, Ken (Doreen), Roy (Susan), Brian (Terrie), and Merle (Lynann); her grandchildren, Ryan Bielecki, Megan (Kyle) Parkyn, Chantel Bielecki, Katlyn (Brad) Riley, Ryley Bielecki, Curtis Bielecki, and Nicole Bielecki; her great grandchildren, Brielle Riley and Kennley Parkyn; her sisters, Kathy (Eugene), Margaret (Herve), and Helen (Ted); her brothers, Nick (Margaret) and Leo; and numerous nieces, nephews and family.
