John E. Deveney
1942-2017
On Monday, June 26, 2017 at home in French Creek, the sudden
passing of John Edmund Deveney, age 75, beloved husband of Shirley
McCarron occurred. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Patrick
and Margaret (Burke) Deveney. John leaves to mourn his
loving sons, Shawn (Ewa), Steven (Donna), Edward (Adrienne), Brian
(Catherine); cherished grandchildren, Jolanta, Cheyenne, Amanda,
Christian; brothers and sisters, Beatrice (John), Margaret, James,
Patrick (Joan) several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased
by a sister Anne.
Resting at Ferguson Logan
Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Thursday, June 29th from 5 to 9
pm. There will be no funeral service as per request. Donations to the
Cancer Society would be appreciated.
