It is with grieving hearts the family of Joan Theresa
(Shannon) Heenan R.N. of Saint John, formerly of Fredericton Junction,

Joan graduated from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing

curling at the Fredericton Junction Curling Club. She was a woman of
strong faith and loved her church family of St. Rose of Lima. Joan was
known for her elegance and for being a true friend to all generations.
Joan especially loved her home and the new house she and Lee built in
St. Andrews. Her kindness and friendship will be sorely missed by all
who knew her.

“Lee” Heenan.
She is also survived by several cousinsand a great array of
friends and neighbours.
In addition to her parents, Joan was also predeceased by her
husband Francis Albert Heenan.
