Joan Elizabeth Rose (Mosher-Printz), of Bridgewater, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at
her home. Joan was born December 2, 1943, in Upper Kingsburg, Nova
Scotia. Daughter of the late Wilson Mosher and Verna Peeler
was a retired home care worker with Lunenburg Home Support. She spent
a lot of time with her family and friends who she was most proud of.
She was always on the go, if she wasn’t busy off to one of
her card games or lunches, you’d find her on Facebook
talking and seeing what everyone was up to. She was a
social butterfly with a love for life. She was always smiling and
making people laugh with her funny sense of humor. She was the
matriarch of our family. She touched so many hearts
and lives. She will be greatly missed by so many. Joan is survived by
her two daughters, Denise Printz (Bill), Wileville, and Jacqueline
Printz-Nowe (David), Bridgewater; two granddaughters, Meghan Nowe
(Cory), Liverpool and Angelique Bastian (Brady), Bridgewater; one
great granddaughter, Kaydence Weagle, Bridgewater; sister, Mildred
Mosher (Sherman pre-deceased), Lunenburg; nieces, Margo Corkum

Charmaine Smicer (Paul) Riverport; Vanessa (Derick) Hubley, Calgary,
AB; brother-in-law, Fred Silver (Virginia) and numerous other nieces-
nephews, great nieces-nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents she was preceded by
her stepfather Ross Peeler; two sisters, Vivian Silver and Syliva
Power and granddaughter Allison Nowe. The family has chosen R.A Corkum
