The family announces with sorrow her death in Sturgeon Falls, on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the age of 83 years. Daughter of the late Henri Taillefer and of the late Séraphine Taillefer (née Arcand). Loving wife of Paul Lafrenière of Sturgeon Falls. Cherished mother of Denis Lafrenière (Dominique), Pauline Lafrenière and Julie Leblanc (Pierre) all of Sturgeon Falls. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Natalie, Mathieu and Sylvain. Predeceased by her sisters, Henriette Smith (late Georges), Paulette Durette and by her brothers, Fernand Taillefer and Roger Taillefer. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Theoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 6 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Ste Thérèse d’Avila, Cache Bay, on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11 am. Donations to the Châtelaines would be appreciated. (Cheques only).
