BOCKMAN, Jean Jean Bockman passed away peacefully at the Hillcrest on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at the age of 95 years. She was born in Gladstone, Manitoba on June 7, 1921. Jean was in the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War 2. She married Tony in 1949 and they farmed in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta before moving to Calgary in 1969. She was an avid reader, and liked to knit and play cards. Jean is survived by her son Rick, daughter-in-law Barb, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, her sister Marjorie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
