James Laurie Vautour
James L. Vautour, 66, of Moncton, passed away peacefully and
surrounded by his loved ones, at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday,
January 18, 2017 to be with his savior, the Lord Jesus.
Born in Ontario, he was the son of the late J.G. Armand and
Marie-Anne (Daigle) Vautour, whom he loved so much.
James was a carpenter by trade. He loved God and his faith
was very important to him. An artist, he also enjoyed music and
playing his guitar, metal detecting and collecting antiques.
James will be sadly missed by his daughter, Lori LeBlanc
(Kevin) and son, Jamie Vautour (Jennifer) both of Moncton;
grandchildren, Kodie LeBlanc and Kianah LeBlanc; sisters, Louise Lise
Humes (Jeff) of Moncton and Andrea Goodwin of Bathurst; brother,
Jean-Paul Vautour (Debbie) of Moncton.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by an infant
daughter, Tanya Lynn; sister, Denise Mellish and brothers, Gilles,
Louis and Mike.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 10:00 am until
the time of service at 11:00 am at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, with
Rev. Cecil Symes officiating. Interment will be held at Elmwood
Cemetery in the spring.
