Jack MacNaughton – 1934-2017

1934-2017
It is with great sadness that we
announce the passing of Jack MacNaughton of New Maryland at Hospice
Fredericton, on Friday October 13, 2017. Born in Deeside,
PQ, he was the son of the late William and Lillian (Flowers)
MacNaughton.
Jack had a long and distinguished career
as a photographer in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was
also a former Provincial Masters Champion in curling, a sport where he
made many great friendships over the years. He enjoyed golf and
fishing, and he especially loved spending time at the family camp on
the Restigouche River in Deeside.
Jack will be dearly missed by his wife
of 57 years Pierrette (LeCouffe) MacNaughton, their children; Lise
MacNaughton, Monique MacNaughton and John MacNaughton (Marney), two
beloved granddaughters, Georgia and Matte MacNaughton, one brother
Wayne MacNaughton and a sister Kay MacNaughton. He also
valued all of his cousins, nieces and nephews and their
families.
Besides his parents, Jack was
predeceased by his brothers and sister; Fred, William, Dorothy,
Allison, Herbert and Vernon.
By request there will be no visitation
or funeral service.
Donations in memory of Jack may be made
to Hospice Fredericton or to a charity your
choice.
