Peacefully at Barrhaven Manor on Saturday, March 25, 2017. Isabelle Grace Brooks (nee Blair) passed away at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Howard Brooks. Beloved mother of David Brooks (Frances) and Douglas Brooks (Mireille Kantiebo). Grandmother of Robert, Kaitlyn and Emma; Great-Grandmother of Hannah and Step-Grandmother of Philippe and Cindy; Sister of the late Dorothea Knowles (Warwick).
